Inconsistent, quality, and volume of paint

Let me start by saying I watched all the products I purchased and probably 90% of them have good pigment load and ease of use.I bought many many products in a recent order. In many of the pallets, the paint had chipped or cracked or fallen out out of the pallets. There’s also an inconsistency between how much paint they put in each color. It seems like they were trying to give you less of some than others. I sent an email to the company and have yet to get a response from them. The only thing I see, which is on the receipt is the statement that handmade paint are not refundable. Buyer beware… If they won’t stand behind their products then you might want a give a second thought about your choices.
